SQLite Archives should use a table with this schema:\r\n```sql\r\nCREATE TABLE sqlar(\r\n  name TEXT PRIMARY KEY,  -- name of the file\r\n  mode INT,               -- access permissions\r\n  mtime INT,              -- last modification time\r\n  sz INT,                 -- original file size\r\n  data BLOB               -- compressed content\r\n);\r\n```\r\n`insert-files` currently treats the table name as a required argument - but it's not necessary for this table. Also there shouldn't be any support for the `--column` option.\r\n\r\nSo if I write this command it should be this instead:\r\n\r\n    sqlite-utils sqlar files.db file.txt file2.txt\r\n\r\nBut at that point, why bother?
