Omg sorry I took so long to reply!

On SQL we can say how the foreign key behaves when it is deleted or updated on the parent table (see https://www.sqlitetutorial.net/sqlite-foreign-key/ for more details).

I did not see clearly how to create tables with this feature on sqlite-utils library.
