This might also be an opportunity to support an __in= operator - though that's an odd one as it acts equivalent to an OR whereas every other parameter is combined with an AND

This has got more urgent now that I've added the ?column__arraycontains=foo filter as part of the effort to implement facet-by-array for #359

I added that filter in https://github.com/simonw/datasette/commit/78e45ead4d771007c57b307edf8fc920101f8733 but it can only be applied once - for proper faceting this needs to work:
