I had the problem this morning when running:

Python==3.9.6 sqlite3.sqlite_version==3.37.0 sqlite-utils==3.30

I upgraded to: Python ==3.10.8 sqlite3.sqlite_version==3.37.2 sqlite-utils==3.30

and the error did not appear anymore.
