In moving away from the existing static inspect method (see #420 and #419) the biggest thing lost is full table row counts. These can be expensive against large tables, but currently Datasette runs the count (*) from x query once at inspection time and then reuses it for every page.

We can run those counts with a timelimit, but this means that for larger tables we won't be able to show a count at all, which is disappointing.

Is there a way we can find an approximate or lower bound count for a table?
