I am trying to deploy a 3.1 GB dataset to cloudrun with datasette. Currrently the docker build times out. Would be nice to have a timeout flag or additional gcloud commands that could be specified.

I would be happy to submit a PR to allow for a timeout option. What are your ideas of allowing the user additional build publishing flag options?
